Refurbishments

Renovations can cover a wide range of projects, from the redecoration of a single bedroom, to the total refurbishment of a current property, both private and commercial. These projects are more likely to be carried out with the client dealing directly with us, drawing up a list of requirements prior to receiving a quotation for the works.

However, larger projects may require the input of architects or chartered surveyors and also require planning and building control approval, all of which can be incorporated within our cost.
